Main Sections

USER:  They will come to Circleme.TV to create & buy cardboard signs
MEMBER:  They will come to Circleme.TV to create & sell cardboard signs
OWNER:  The owner will be able to control everything

This website will combine e-commerce, social networking, and print-on-demand software into one website.  It will put buyers & sellers in full control over what is sold on CircleMe.TV; expanding the potential growth exponentially.  The domain name uses the .TV because everyone builds custom cardboard signs at sporting events to try to get on TV.

Main Features

  • Members Area: Members will be able to launch their own online store inside CircleMe.TV.  They will have promotional tools such as banner ads to promote their own designs.  We feel a very good promotion would be to offer $500 to anyone who gets on TV with a ‘CircleMe.TV’ sign + Logo showing; very good public relations.
  • Workshop: Users have the ability to log into CircleMe.TV workshop and create their own cardboard signs.  They will be able to upload images as well as use workshop tools to make their very own sign.  Once created a user has the ability to purchase it or become a free member and offer it for sale to others; very similar to customink.com or cafepress.com.
  • Marketplace: Users will be able to browse around pre-defined categories on circleme.TV and look for signs to purchase.  If they purchase a sign the member who created it will get ‘X’ amount in commission; provided by CircleMe.TV
  • Community: Members will be able to create their own profile, upload pictures & videos of themselves & friends at the games, upload their cardboard signs they made, enter cardboard sign contests, and interact with other members on the site; basically your typical social networking community.

Competition Analysis

There is none, you could create the market.  I had a hard time even finding cardboard sign pictures.  There is NO ONE that specializes in this.

Why This Business Will Be EXTREMLY PROFITABLE:

All it takes is one person to get on TV with your cardboard sign and you are money in the bank, you could explode overnight!  Carboard.TV is short & easy to remember.  Almost every professional sports announcer scans the crowd looking for signs to circle.

People actually come to Minnesota Twins Games with Cardboard Signs that say “Circle Me Bert” trying to convince broadcaster Bert Blyleven to circle them!  Look it up on wikipedia:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bert_Blyleven

All it takes is for one sign to get on ESPN with your logo on it; if you sell enough of these, sports broadcasters will catch on – announcers usually have nothing better to talk about half way through a ballgame anyway...

The Hard Part:

WebBizIdeas.com will have no problem building the site, but setting up an finding the technology needed to mass produce cardboard signs & manage the supply of goods – that will be the difficult part. Included in this is internet business consulting to figure out the machinery needed in order to accomplish this + supply chain management consulting; we already have some good leads.

** NOTE:  That does not include buying the machinery of paying for any warehouses.
